Debra Nicholl

Debra Nicholl is a Senior Educator and Advocate for Elder Rights Advocacy, where she has worked for more than 10 years. She is motivated by a strong desire to alleviate the powerlessness and injustice felt by clients and their representatives. Debra has worked in aged care in Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. This included the provision of direct care in residential facilities, in the community and in a palliative care unit. She has deep knowledge of the aged care sector and the legislative framework in which it operates.
